Join Our Exercise Sessions
The benefits of exercise are well recognised especially for men undergoing prostate surgery or hormone treatment. We provide twice weekly exercise sessions led by qualified exercise physiologist. It is a professional evidence-based program designed for men with prostate cancer and comprises exercises for pelvic floor, balance and core, strength and weight-bearing.
The program is managed by Prost! A fee of $12.00 per session applies with most private health funds providing a rebate for Exercise Physiology. Membership with Prost! is free and you can sign up at Prost.com.au/membership, then follow their instructions to register for the Mandurah Exercise Sessions.
